HOWTO: Upgrade an account

Whenever we want to upgrade an account, because we want to be able to use more DP in that account, for example, we must follow the next steps:

To start, let's go to Account management.
 

There, a page like the next one will be shown, with both active and expired accounts and the Applications that are pending approval of DEXMA's sales department.
 
 

There are two different ways of upgrading an account:
  • Upgrade the license
  • Upgrade the number of Mtr or DP that we use in it


Upgrade the license


To do so, we will have to click Plan on the right of the account.
When we do this, the next page will appear to expand the services of the account (in this case we want to upgrade a Starter DP license).
 

There we have to select the new license that we want this account to have and click Extension request to do the request to the sales department.
 

Upgrade the number of Mtr or DP


To do so, we will have to click Upgrade on the right of the account that we want to upgrade.
When we do this, a page will appear to expand the services of the account.
 
 

Mtr

If the account is billed by Mtr, there we have to select the number of Mtr and the Bill management (PODs) that we want to add to the ones that the current licence of this account has by default. We can also buy SMS credits and add Comments. Finally, we must click Extension request to do the request to the sales department.
 


DP

If the account is billed by DP, there we have to select the number of DP and the Bill management (PODs) to add to the ones that the current licence of this account has by default. We can also buy SMS credits and add Comments. Finally, we must click Extension request to do the request to the sales department.
