HOWTO: Know how many meters/datapoints have my account

If we want to know how many datapoints or meters we are monitoring, follow these steps: 
  1. Access with a SuperAdmin user to your account
  2. Go to Account Management > Accounts
  1. Under Accounts menu, you will see the details of all your accounts including the license, creation date, expiration date and so on. Here is where we can find how many datapoints or meters we have contracted and in use. Just click on the number you can find on the Meters/Datapoints column
  1. Then, we can see detailed by gateway how many datapoints or meters are in use and which ones are billable

If we want to activate or deactivate some meters or datapoints, we have to acces into our account > go to Settings > Gateways > Edit gateway > Devices. 

Here we can accept and reject devices or select which datapoints are we going to need. For further information, click on the following link
